Marubeni Purchases All State Belting

On December 31st, 2012, Marubeni Corporation purchased the majority control of All State Belting company, this acquisition would make  Marubeni / Belterra/ ASB  potentially  the largest conveyor belting distributor in North America.  It is our intension to synergize our companies strengths to better service our customer base.
