With the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, there are many cities and provinces enforcing an essential services mandate that requires all individuals to stay at home or their place of residence unless they are getting essential items such as medicine and groceries. Also, businesses that do not provide essential services cannot continue to operate from their facilities, and instead employees must work from home, if possible.
Belterra supports many industries that are essential and therefore we are considered an essential business. We continue to work to provide service in a timely manner while keeping our employees, their families and our communities safe.
For those who have been affected by shutdowns, we are asking you to please work closely with our team to make adjustments to deliveries and shipments and services, until your business is up and running again. We are better able to make changes to reduce additional costs by working closely with you and knowing of any issues as soon as possible. If we are not aware of any delays or closings of your operations and deliveries are held by freight companies, we may need to pass along those charges, but we will do our best to try and mitigate these as best we can.
We are committed to moving your business forward. Together, we can take steps to reduce the impact of COVID-19.
